Position: Sales/Service Engineers

Job Duties:

The Sales/Service Engineer will be responsible for the following:
1、Develop new business to reach sales goals;
2、Attend and represent the company at industry events and follow up with potential customers;
3、Communicate with customers to understand their configuration and special technical requirements;
4、Collaborate with other scientific instrument vendors if necessary to discuss custom design equipment integration projects;
5、Assist in designing and developing complex technical solutions by working together with the engineering team;
6、Make minor adjustments to schematic drawings based on customers’ requirements and specifications;
7、Assist with on-site installation, commissioning, and training if needed;
8、Handle troubleshooting and technical support by communicating technical information with the factory abroad and engineering team to facilitate problem resolution;
9、Prepare technical documentation for equipment manuals, including instructions, operation procedures, maintenance guidelines, troubleshooting protocols, and safety sections; and
10、Accurately present bids, quotations, and technical specifications and specify interpretations according to the contract terms.


Education and Experience Requirements:
Employer requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, employer requires:

1、Demonstrated knowledge of 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD and Solidworks) gained through the completion of at least two post-secondary courses;
2、Demonstrated knowledge of electrical engineering, wiring diagram, and electrical schematics gained through the completion of at least two post-secondary courses; and
3、Demonstrated understanding of control systems analysis and synthesis for pneumatic, hydraulic, kinematic, electromechanical, and thermal systems gained through the completion of at least two post-secondary courses.

All coursework may be completed concurrently.
The candidate will have to travel domestically 15% of the year.
