Feedthroughs

Feedthroughs allow you to integrate your equipment both in to and out of your Glove Box.

Available in a variety of types: Electrical, USB, BNC, Gas/Liquid, Vacuum, Signal Cable, Instrumentation, and many more.

We can customize any feedthrough to your specifications.

Most feedthroughs are all stainless steel construction.

Our feedthroughs are tested at the factory for an excellent seal.

Analyzers

Oxygen Analyzer

Solid state sensor needs no maintenance during lifetime – no extra cost to replace fuel cells.

Measuring range: 0-1000 ppm.

Our analyzer uses a ZrO₂ sensor, which extends the life span, while improving to overall durability.

Moisture Analyzer

Measuring range: 0-500 ppm.

Our analyzer uses a P₂O₅ sensor, which is corrosion resistant.

The P₂O₅ sensor can be renewed by acid cleaning when contamintated with Hydrofluoric Acid or other corrosive substances.

Freezer

Lowest standard temperature: -40° C (-40° F).

Upon request, lower temperatures available.

Interior dimensions: 10″ x 8″ x 16″ (250 mm x 200 mm x 400 mm).

When integrated with a glove box, the hinged interior door allows easy transfer of materials.

All stainless steel construction.

Heated Antechamber

Highest programmable temperature: 392° F (200° C).

Includes a digital controller for simple management, while also allowing the user to view the current temperature readings.

Available in either 110v or 220v configurations.

Integrates with our glove box cooling water system.

Up to 8 temperature set points per heat cycle.

Available in either a rectangular or cylindrical style.

Various sizes available to suit your needs.

Ionizer

Effectively eliminates localized static charges.

Pulse rate and ion balance controls allow for effective calibration and adjustment.

Ionization range: 12″.

Made in the United States of America.

Microscope

Type: TV Microscope (1/3 CCD color).

Magnification: 300x (Continuously adjustable).

Monitor: Phillips 17″ with adjustable mounting arm.

Adjustable LED ring light source.

Platform is adjustable and easily to align.

Cold Well

Stainless steel construction.

Integrated through the floor of your glove box.

Diameter: 6.3″ (160 mm)

Depth: 7.9″ (200 mm)

Custom sizes are available upon request.

Integrated Dewar is filled with Liquid Nitrogen or Dry Ice Coolant for low temperature work.

Oil Mist Filter

Our mist filter captures the oil mist from the outlet of vacuum pumps, which would otherwise be expelled into the atmosphere.

KF25 flange connections are used on either end of the oil mist filter allowing easy connection to a ventilation system.

A separate oil return kit may be added for simple maintenance.

Angle Valve

We use our angle valve in all our glove box products for a highly effective automatic purging system.

Stainless steel construction.

Flange size: NW40/KF40 (Custom sizes available upon request).

Uses a pneumatic actuator for precise control.

Rectangular Antechamber

All stainless steel construction.

Overall dimensions can be customized to your needs.

Sliding tray included on most sizes of antechambers.

Rectangular antechamber include adjustable hinged doors on the inside and outside, allowing for ease of use.

Extra thick silicone o-ring used for excellent sealing under vacuum and atmospheric pressure.

Solvent Trap

Our solvent trap removes harmful solvent vapor from your glove box atmosphere while also protecting the purification system.

Available as an internal or external configuration.

Absorbent Media: Activated Carbon.

Internal type mounts on gas inlet port of our purification system.

External type mounts in our purification system cabinet, freeing up space within your glove box.

Both configurations feature easily replaceable media for simply maintenance.

Dust Filter

Our dust filter integrates in to both the gas inlet and outlet port of our purification system.

Removes 99% of particles greater than 0.3 microns.

Easily replaceable by user for simple maintenance.

Vacuum Pump

All glove box systems come with an Edwards RV8 vacuum pump standard.

Available in either 110v or 220v configurations.

Displacement: 8m³/h (Higher displacements available)

Pump speed: 1800 RPM

Ultimate pressure: 2 x 10^-3 mbar

Maximum power usage (110v): 550w

Sound level: 48 dB

Flange size: KF25/NW25.

Quiet operation along with a power saving automatic shut down.

Hydrofluoric Acid Absorber

Rapid removal of Hydrofluoric Acid and other solvent vapors.

304 Stainless Steel Enclosure

Absorbent media: 50% Activated Carbon & 50% Aluminum Oxide

Manual purging and evacuation control

Bypass system allows user to easily replace material for simple maintenance.

Installed in line with our purification system, allowing removal of harmful solvents from the glove box atmosphere.

Purification Material

Our purification systems use a 50/50 mixture of our purification materials to rapidly remove O₂ and H₂O.

Absorbent Media: Molecular Sieve (H₂O removal) Copper Catalyst (O₂ removal)

Our standard purifier has an absorbtion capacity of 60L of O₂ and 2000g of H₂O.

The purification material is easily regenerable through our automated process using only a Hydrogen mixed gas.

Replacement purification material can be requested by contacting us.

O-Ring Seals

We use a variety of high quality o-ring seals within our glove box systems.

A variety of materials are used to create our o-rings, such as Buna-N and Viton.

KF Clamps

We use high quality KF/NW clamps in all of our glove box systems.

Our clamps are designed for easy disassembly and assembly, allowing simple maintenance for the user.

KF40/NW40 and KF25/NW25 are standard throughout our glove box systems, and other sizes are available upon request.

North Gloves

Available in a variety of sizes, lengths, and mil thicknesses.

Butyl has the highest permeation resistance to gas and water vapors

Highly resistance to ketones (MEK, MIBL, Acetone) and esters.

Manufactured by the highly respected Honeywell © brand.

These gloves meet the following regulations:
ASTM D3389-05 Abrasion Test, ASTM F1790-97 Cut Test, EN374, EN388, EN420, and OSHA Standard -29 CFR 1915.157.

Renco Gloves

Fabricated in a variety of hand and port sizes, as well as thicknesses.

Materials available: Hypalon, Butyl, Nitrile, Latex, Neoprene, Butadyl, Viton.

Renco manufactures a seperate glove and sleeve system called Titeline™, which enables the user to keep maintenance costs low.

Anti-static/ESD gloves are available.
